Because fragrance samples and atomizers are decanted and packaged for individual orders, fragrance products are final sale after shipment.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact Maison Vials within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and all packaging. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.
When Maison Vials confirms an eligible fulfillment issue, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances and available inventory.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or address correction. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after fulfillment has begun.
Unauthorized returns
Do not mail an item back without return instructions from Maison Vials. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are not refundable except when required by law or when Maison Vials confirms that the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
