Where we ship
At launch, shipping will be limited to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Ground-carrier transit estimates begin after the order has been prepared and accepted by the carrier.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact Maison Vials as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Lost, damaged, or leaking packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or leaking, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
